Fused AluminaDWR

Description:

DWR is produced by fusing calcined alumina in an electric arc furnace under carefully controlled conditions. The fused material which is called Ingot is white in color. It has high density and large crystals of alpha alumina. The Ingot is cooled in aluminum pot and then crushed, ground, and precisely screened in our new sizing plant.
DWR is used to produce high quality refractory shapes, monolithics, investment casting moulds and ceramic shells.
