Description:

Alumina is used as a representative filler material for the heat radiation sheet of electrical devices. The high filling rate of alumina increases the thermal conductivity and thermal property of the products.
SRA is produced by thermal spraying process which uses oxygen burner in a temperature of about 2,500℃ ~ 3,000℃. SRA has high thermal conductivity and is normally used as thermal conductive filler of silicon rubber for heat radiation of electrical devices.
